Biomechanics

Biomechanics is the study of the mechanical properties of biological tissue. For our clients, this most often entails putting the likelihood of failure of tissue, tendons, or bone in context with the forces and moments imparted upon it in an accident. Biomechanics often goes hand-in-hand with accident reconstruction when trying to understand the role of the accident in injury mechanisms and causation.
